Zoombot

A Grok bot that spots meetings you agree to over email and books them on Zoom with a calendar invite, once you say yes.

entry 11 of 16 · grok bot · updated 2026-10-14

What it does

Zoombot watches your Gmail or Outlook inbox for meetings you've agreed over email. When it finds one, it asks if you want the call booked. Say yes and it creates the Zoom meeting and sends a Google or Outlook calendar invite.

It reads the thread for context, so the invite goes out in the other person's time zone, and it checks your calendar first so you don't double-book.

Watch it work

Add it to Grok Bot

Open Zoombot on the Grok Bot marketplace (opens in new tab) and tap Add to Grok Bot. It runs on your own account, so your inbox stays with you.

If you'd rather your agent do it, connect it to our MCP server at https://robotostudio.com/mcp. It returns the install link and the walkthrough video.

What do I need to run it?
A Grok Bot account, plus a Zoom account and a Gmail or Outlook inbox it can read. Open the marketplace link, tap Add to Grok Bot, and connect the accounts it asks for.

No. When it spots a meeting agreed over email it asks first. You tap yes and it books the Zoom call and sends the calendar invite.
How does it handle time zones?
It checks your time zone and works out the other person's from the email thread, then sends the invite in their local time.
Can my agent install it for me?
