What it does
The SEO AI bot audits the analytics platforms you already use, pulls out the signals that matter, and condenses them into a single weekly read. Instead of five dashboards sitting open and half-checked, you get one clear view of what changed and why.
It runs on a schedule, every week, without anyone having to remember to look.
How it works
The bot connects to your existing analytics sources, things like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and PostHog, and compares a rolling two-week window against the two weeks before it. It flags the pages that moved, then verifies each one with a live fetch, checking the status code, canonical, and title, so it never reports on a page it hasn't actually looked at. Every movement gets a verdict: confirmed, partly explained, or ruled out, ranked by the size of the opportunity.
The output is a versioned HTML report that looks identical every week, so you compare data instead of re-learning a layout, plus a short list of the five priorities for the week posted where your team already reads. The report only goes out once the deploy is confirmed live, so nobody clicks through to a broken link.
What you get
Five prioritised next steps a week you can actually act on, written in plain language and grounded in your own data. Alongside the readable report, the bot writes a machine-actionable markdown twin of the plan, so you can point a coding agent at it and say "action these." The bot does the reading and the triage so your team can spend its time on the work rather than the wrangling.
How we set it up
We build and host it as part of our AI SEO and GEO service. The setup covers connecting your analytics sources, calibrating the thresholds that matter for your site, and making sure the weekly output goes to the right people. Retainer clients get it as part of the ongoing relationship.
