Intro
We're Roboto Studio, a boutique studio that builds agentic infrastructure, modern websites, web apps, and ecommerce architecture. We love working at the bleeding edge, and we use tools like Sanity, Next.js, and Shopify to craft work that holds up in production.
We're looking for a full-stack growth marketer to own how we show up across search, content, and social. You'll work alongside the design team and get into the codebase to understand how the sausage is made.
This is a technical marketing role. We ship our own marketing site, run SEO agents, build programmatic and AI-driven SEO, and write content for a developer audience. You'll work the same way: hands-on, fast, and close to the product.
What you'll do
- Own organic growth end to end: technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and getting us cited in AI search and LLM answers
- Drive our content marketing across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, dev.to, YouTube, and our own newsletter, staying proactive and engaging with these communities every day
- Plan, write, and ship content for a technical audience, including high-quality marketing videos
- Set up and maintain analytics and tracking (GA4, PostHog) so we actually know what's working
- Run experiments: landing pages, CRO, A/B tests, and paid campaigns when they earn their keep
- Work directly in the Next.js codebase to ship marketing pages, schema markup, and SEO fixes
- Use our AI and agent tooling to scale content and reporting instead of doing everything by hand
What we're looking for
- A proven track record of building a high following, whether for yourself or a company you've worked with. It's the clearest signal of real marketing skill, so come ready to show the numbers
- Great communication, with a clear, sharp writing voice that lands with a technical audience
- A strong grasp of how modern SEO works, including AI search and answer engines
- Comfortable with analytics tools
- High agency, self-motivated, and an independent thinker

Nice to have
- An understanding of the website building process, especially with Next.js (major bonus)
- Experience with ecommerce, especially Shopify (major bonus)
- Experience working with a headless CMS (major bonus)
- Comfortable with ScreenStudio (or similar) for recording high-quality marketing video
- Comfort using AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar) to move faster

The nature of your contract

We offer a 3-month fixed-contract period and paid work trials that allow candidates to engage in real projects that reflect our startup environment. This method not only tests the crucial skills and attributes necessary for success in our dynamic setting but also ensures a mutual fit for both parties involved.
At the end of the 3-month contract, if you feel you would like to continue with our team and the feeling is mutual, we can offer a permanent position for this role.
