We crafted a cutting-edge web platform for Accolade, redefining the multi-family leasing experience with the latest web technologies. As the first client of the Sanity Accelerator Program, we collaborated intensively with their team over two days to establish the full infrastructure of their website. This included implementing form gating for webinars and multiple live preview routes, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience. Utilizing Next.js for its robust performance and Vercel for seamless deployment, we integrated a sophisticated CRM system that centralizes inquiries from multiple channels, providing leasing agents with a streamlined dashboard to efficiently manage leads.

To further elevate user engagement, we introduced a seamless one-click tour scheduling feature, enabling prospective residents to effortlessly book tours with automatic confirmations and reminders. This innovation simplifies the scheduling process and enhances the user experience, making it easier for Accolade to fill vacancies swiftly. By leveraging these advanced technologies and the support of the Sanity Accelerator Program, our collaboration with Accolade showcases the transformative power of web solutions in optimizing leasing operations and delivering exceptional results.
