So, today I'm going to talk about Grog bots and how they work. Grog bots, if you can imagine, are very similar to ChatGPT. The only difference is that the agents act like they have their own computers. The harnessing is quite different. It's very well built, and you can have X number of bots. They can work in isolation, be very proactive, or work together.

So, let's start with Dr. Eggbot, everyone's favorite. Dr. Eggbot is used to create the bots you'd like. I use it to create my Zoom bot and my ticket bot. I just tell Dr. Eggbot, "This is what I need," and it goes ahead and releases those agents.

Let me show you an example of the Zoom bot. It looks at my time zone and the time zone of the person in the email chain, and it automatically sends a Zoom invite. It's very proactive. If we have an email conversation about an upcoming meeting, the Zoom bot asks me, "Would you like me to send a Zoom invite to this person?" It's clever enough to read the person's title, roughly guess where they're based, and send the invite in their own time zone. It's awesome, and I don't have to do anything. I can also use it to book a Zoom meeting. In this example, I booked one with Jono. It looked at my calendar and gave me a heads-up that I already had another meeting. So it is very, very proactive.

Another one I have is the ticket bot. It reads Granola notes and, based on those notes, asks me if I'd like to create tickets in Linear. It's very simple, and it just works.

The Gov bot looks for any important government email and lets me know if I've missed anything or if something has gone to my spam. It keeps me in the loop.

Another useful feature is that you can call multiple bots in one chat. For example, I called the Virality bot and the ticket bot in the same chat. The Virality bot looked for the viral topics in my field and suggested what people are talking about in the industry. Based on those topics, the ticket bot asked me if I'd like to create some tickets in Linear, in the marketing channel, and I could work from there.

In your own use case, you can have a CRM bot, AEO and SEO bots, and you can bring them together and play around with different ideas. These bots are very proactive, and they just do the job. If you have questions about how the bots work, or if you'd like to copy the Zoom bot, I'll paste it below.
