> We need a PM who ships. You'll run technical projects at speed, use AI to eliminate busywork, and keep our dev teams unblocked.
## The role
You'll manage web projects from kickoff to launch: coordinating devs, clients, and timelines. No standups for the sake of standups. No Jira ticket theatre. Just clear communication and relentless delivery.

## What you'll do
- Lead multiple Next.js/headless CMS projects simultaneously
- Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to draft specs, summarize client calls, and automate repetitive PM tasks
- Manage everything in Linear: sprints, tasks, progress
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical briefs
- Spot blockers early and fix them before they derail timelines
- Own budgets, scope, and client comms

## You should have
- 2+ years managing technical/web projects
- Working knowledge of modern web stack (Next.js, React, Git, CI/CD, Vercel)
- Experience with Linear or similar tools
- Comfort using AI assistants daily to move faster
- Ability to read a PR description and understand what's happening
- Strong async communication (Slack, Loom, docs)

## Bonus
- Can spin up a basic Next.js project or read code
- Experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful)
- Have built your own AI workflows or automations
